Grinding Section

  • Basic raw-material ingredients are manually dumped into the under-ground pocket in which Bucket Elevator-I is fixed.

  • The above Bucket Elevator will automatically lift the raw-material ingredients from the under-ground pocket and feed the same into the hopper of Hammer Mill (Grinder).

  • The Grinder will grind the raw-material ingredients to required mesh size and the ground material coming out of the Grinder out-let hopper will fall into another under-ground pocket in which Bucket Elevator-II is fixed.

Mixing Section

  • The 2nd B/Elevator will lift th ground material and feed the same into the Batch-bin fixed over the Horizontal Mixer for being poured into the Mixer.

  • The Horz. Mixer is started and when its chamber is empty, the ground material collected in the Batch Bin above the Mixer is poured into the Mixer by a hand-operated/pneumatic/mechanical device of the Mixer. When required, the ground material is poured into the running Mixer. The door of the Batch-bin is closed so that whereas the Mixer mixes the ground material further collection of ground material continues in the Batch-bin. When one lot in the Mixer is mixed, it automatically comes out through the out-let hopper of the Mixer and when Mixer becomes empty another batch of ground material is allowed to fall in the Mixer in running condition. This process goes on continuously without any interruption.

  • Required quantity of Molasses/Oil etc. is poured into the Mixer when mixing process is on from the over-head Molasses/Oil Tank provided on the top of the Mixer through a hand-operated mechanical device. When required quantity of Molasses/Oil is poured into the Mixer, the out-let of the Molasses Tank is closed

  • If the feed is required in Mesh Form, then the mixed feed coming out of the hopper of the Mixer is baged and the bags duly weighed are stacked

Pelleting Sections

  • For making pellets, the above mixed feed coming out of the out-let hopper of the Mixer is again allowed to fall into another under-ground pocket in which 3rd Bucket Elevator-III is installed. This Bucket Elevator automatically lifts the mixed feed and feeds it into the Storage Bin fitted fitted over the Palleting Machine. From this Storage Bin, the mixed feed is poured into the Palleting machine. The mixed feed is sterlised with steam for which steam-connection is provided to the Palleting Machine from the Stream Boiler installed by the side.

  • The sterlised mixed feed then passes into the die. fitted into the Pallet Mill which makes the pallets of required dia. size. and the pallets so made are automatically out to size and fall below on the Pallets Cooler fitted underneeth.

Crumbling & Sieving

  • The Pallets so cooled are Either sieved for dust removal and collected into gunny bags through automatic fall Or alternatively if Pallets are to be crumbled then instead of the Sieve a Crumbling Machine installed underneeth receives the cooled pallets and crumble the same.

  • The crumbled pallets again fall into another underground pocket in which 4th Bucket Elevator-IV is installed which automatically lifts the crumbs and carry the same to the Sieving Bed which removes the dust from the crumbs on one side and the clean crumbs on the other side from where the crumbs are bagged.

Bagging & Weighting

The bags so filled with Either the Mesh Feed OR the Pallets Or the Crumbs are weighted on the Weighing Machine provided and then stitched with the help of a hand stitching machine. These bags are then removed for being stacked at the stacking place.
