Whirlwind Mixers-Vertical Mixer

These vertical type mixers are most ideal for dry mixing. The principle is not to stir or trumble but to whirl the ingredients in the mixing chamber. Vertical screw Conveyor lifts the ingredients to top, where mixing paddles whirls particles to the wall of mixing chamber following to the bottom. This mix is lifted and whirled again & again to give homogeneous mix. The biggest advantage of this type mixer is that both feeding and discharge are at ground level.
